I've noticed after past investigations, that 'crap' has followed me home only to leave me drained and 'on edge' for weeks, and so I am brought to my question:
What do you do to help cleanse yourself and your home from negative spirit energy? |

It helps to have a demonologist on hand. Take one dose and call in the morning! But if you don't have a demonologist handy I like to do some yoga...put on some serene pretty music..and sleep with the light on! :D Anything to get the scary images out of my mind (unless you think me doing yoga is scary). Hope that helps!

I have found that simply asking the spirits to leave you be has helped. The feeling drained that you have experienced just means that you are in tune with what you have experienced.
Yoga is a good choice as is a good meditation session.
If all else fails some really loud Metallica cures it too!  |

Adam,
Are you still living in the highly charged place that you wrote me about a year ago?? If so Janis is correct that you should ask the spirits not to follow you home. Otherwise you are just having a spirit party at your place with the other's that are already there! |

| PapaCrock says that before and after an investigation he does a little spiritual spell thingy on each person (whether or not they realize it) to protect them. ::Shrug:: his stuff is beyond me but I like learning lol. |

I am still living in the same apartment Lyddia, but I have been using sage throughout the house, and that has helped some.
I just feel like a weirdo running around my place with a smoking plant that smells like pot, lol... I hope it works!

The sage burning was my suggestion to you all those months ago. I am happy that you took my advice!!!!
Did you get some sea salt and white candles too????
I hope it has helped with the activity and helped to stop the fighting with your room mate. |
