He came up with an idea called the Interdimensional Hypothesis. The concept here is that "aliens" originate from either higher dimensions or parallel universes. The aliens are non human consciousnesses which may or may not have physical forms that are able to manipulate reality. They can masquerade in any form from space visitors to mythological beings.
They appear to be masters of deception, propaganda, disinfomation and social control.


I just read this and it seems to sum the ranch up. I have also wonder about higher dimension or parallel universe.
