Hi,
Ralph Ring will be coming back to Salt Lake to speak
at the Day Riverside Library 1575 W 10th North Sept.
22nd at 2pm. He spoke at the Technology conference in
Sandy last July and caught part of Devon Seeley's talk
on the Mayan Calendar (and his panel of four friends
that he and Lavon had studied with), after a side trip
to repair a flat tire.
Mr. Ring was a former technician involved in a private
effort led by Otis T. Carr (who was a prodigy of
Nicola Tesla) during the years of 1955-1960 to develop
the OTC-X1, a 45 foot circular foil spacecraft. He
recently stepped forward to publicly reveal the
Esoteric Technology. The test flight was successful
having traveled a distance of 10 miles
instantaneously. Ring describes the phenomenon as a
teleportation spacecraft.
A new published article discussing Ralph Ring, Otis T.
Carr and the OTC-X1, is titled " How the U.S.
Government Suppressed the World's First Civilian
